About Jaime
Jaime Prado has been doing what he loves all his life. Long before formal academic web technology degrees were offered, he got started in the web business as a self-taught programmer, supported and encouraged by his family. Today, after 11 years in the business, he has mastered practically every kind of web technology under the online sun. He’s built and deployed truckloads of web solutions for both large and small companies. Knowledgeable in both Microsoft and Unix solutions, he’s also a keen industry supporter: he founded an open source Flash ActionScript web site, which holds the largest code repository for Macromedia Flash applications. A natural curiosity about how things work, an inclination for technical details, and some serious determination spiced with a ‘bring it on’ attitude have landed Jaime in the role of Pelago’s Senior Web Developer. A self-proclaimed “super detail-oriented” guy with an aptitude for producing high end, organic web sites, Jaime has been integral in the design, development and production of Intervals, Pelago’s flagship time and task management system.
If you can ever get Jaime off the computer, you’ll probably find him in the Tijuana foothills gathering agave for his award-winning homemade tequila that excellently compliments a hearty breakfast of chilaquiles.
